The creator, tomoyoshi, hasn't yet uploaded the next part and no one knows if/when it will be updated. I'm always really busy and, honestly, talking about hetaoni is always really stressful to me because part of me wants to get back to working on this project, and another part of me just wants to forget it exists because man, i have so much on my plate right now that i don't even want to. It has been translated and subbed to english and various other languages by sotetag on youtube.
